Topsy-Turvy School Bus
The Topsy-Turvy Bus, lovingly known as Topsy, was designed to dramatically depict America's upside down budget priorities. Topsy started out as a typical yellow school bus, but was fabricated with its twin welded upside down to the roof by Tom Kennedy, art-car fabricator and a crew of 10 artists who are no strangers to art-cars. Topsy is currently being driven around Iowa by volunteers and making a big statement at candidate events. If you would like to take Topsy for a spin while it's in Iowa contact Jessica.

The blubbery, grunting, eye popping PigMobile consists of three oversized piggy banks that demonstrate the whacked out spending priorities of America. The Priorities! Oreo Mobile uses giant Oreos to show how Congress divides the federal budget, and where the cookies would fall if they were stacked according to the people's priorities.
