The "OreoMobile," a giant U.S. budget bar chart on wheels, rolled into Columbia on July 18. Aaron Rubin of Business Leaders for Sensible Priorities, a nonprofit based in New York City, oversees the OreoMobile, which conveys a message that federal spending should be less military oriented and more humane. Here Rubin speaks to a gathering at the OreoMobile outside the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in the Shandon neighborhood.
